need your help guys

As you all know, I’m getting ready for IELTS exams. I need to read, listen to English speaking and write in English a lot.
I started to write my statuses in English on Facebook, but that’s not enough. So I decided to write my blog entries in English so I get used to it, because English writing is my აქილევსის ქუსლი )))
So I need your help now. I want you all to tell me if something’s wrong with my writing, if I’m making mistakes and so on…

I would like to recommend you watching classes of some of the most prominent lecturers from top universities of Europe and States.
You may start from that guy- listening to him is absolutely awesome and enjoyable.
ხო ისე მეც გადავწყვიტე სადმე საზღვარგარეთ ჩაბარება, მაგრამ ზუსტად არ ვიცი სად. შემთხვევით შენ ხომ არ გაქვს ინფორმაცია სახელმწიფო დაფინასებასთან დაკავშირებით. მაინტერესებს ნორმალურ უცხოურ სასწავლებელში ჩარიცხვის შემთხვევაში თუ დამაფინანსებენ და რა თანხით (სამაგისტრო გამოცდებზე დაგროვილი ქულების პროპორციულად?). + ბიუჯეტი რამდენ კაცზეა გათვლილი?
